How our telephone order service works

The patient rings Charter Healthcare and asks for the products they require:

Charter Healthcare calls the patient's GP, who sends the prescription direct to Charter Healthcare
STEP 3
The supplies are delivered to the patient's door within 24 – 48 hours.
We also offer a Direct Contact service where we will call your patient once a month to see if they require any additional stocks.
