Closed bags are designed to be used once, they are often used for patients who have undergone a Colostomy. The bag is closed off at the bottom and will need to be removed to be emptied.
Closed bags can be used as either a One piece (Assura Inspire Dual Filter), where the adhesive is permanently attached to the bag, and you will remove both each time the bag is changed or a two piece, where the adhesive and the bag are attached either by a lock ring (Assura Inspire 2 Piece) or adhesive coupling (Easiflex).
