How the postal delivery service works
STEP 1
The patient obtains their prescription from the GP
STEP 2
The prescription is posted in the Freepost envelope to Charter Healthcare for processing
STEP 3
The supplies are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the prescription to the patient's door, together with a new Freepost envelope for future use
